WIP X-plore d: 설정 "펼친 폴더를 다시 누르면 접기" (처음 값 끔 - 189 그대로) (검토 대기)

15 비교표 P1 d. X-plore 는 폴더를 다시 누르면 접는다. 189 (관리자 지시) 는 이름으로 접지 않게 해 두었으므로 설정으로만 넣는다.
켜면 펼쳐 둔 지금 폴더를 다시 누를 때 접고, 두 번 누르기의 두 번째 (짧은 사이) 는 접지 않는다 (목록이 움직이지 않게).
내 판단: 처음 값 끔 (189 와 부딪힘). 시험: explorer_test "X-plore d", 189 시험 그대로 통과.
