WIP 회귀 고침: 탐색기 밀기 = 창 바꾸기는 설정으로만, 처음 값 끔 (검토 대기) 

c2c4382 에서 X-plore 스타일의 밀기 = 창 바꾸기를 처음 값으로 켜서, 사용자가 10/8 에 정한
"화면 가운데를 밀면 화면 이동" 이 깨졌다 (components_test 실패). 관리자 판단 (10/18) 을 따라 모든 스타일에서 처음 값은 끔.
예전 설정 파일에 값이 없으면 끔. 밀기 시험은 설정을 켠 뒤 돌리고, 처음 값이 끔인지 확인을 더함.
